Metalspurc mesh fabric is metal-coated polymer mesh fabric, this metal-coated polymer mesh fabric is laminated with low-iron glass , the finished glass laminates has different privacy level with transmittance light between 25-60%. customised color and pattern can be available.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metal coated polyester fabric according to the following standards:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3.-40 celsius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 celsius Degree 85% humidity 1100 hours

5. 150 celsius degree baking 2 hours

6. 85 celsius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celsius degree 2 hours, total 10 cycles

7. UV Radiation 2000 hours

Metalspurc glass is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Various metal coating and customised color can be available.

Both Bacstone glass and Metalspurc glass have passed the following tests:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

4. 85 Celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 Celcius degree baking 2 hours
