Metal Coated Fabric For Decorative Glass Laminate / Metalspurc Fabric For Laminated Glass

Metalspurc mesh fabric is metal-coated polymer mesh fabric, Naono Metal is desposited on the surface of polymer mesh fabric Compared with metal mesh, it is featherlight and anitoxidant. this metal-coated polymer fabric can be laminated with low-iron glass , the finished glass laminate has different privacy level with transmittance light between 25-60%. Aluminium, Copper,Bronze,Inox,Titanium metal coating and customized color and pattern can be available. It can be also lamianted with Low-E glass to formal IGU for specific application.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metalspurc fabric according to the following standard:

Bacstone galss is made of two low iron glass panels with1- 2mm thick natural stone central layer, laminated by GS interlayer. Natural light can pass through bacstone glass panel as the central natural stone layer is as thin as 1-2mm.

Metalspurc glass is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Various metal coating and customised color can be available.

Both Bacstone glass and Metalspurc glass have passed the following tests:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3. -40 Celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 Celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 Celcius degree baking 2 hours

6. 85 Celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celc<spanyes&#180;;font-size:20.05pt;font-family:times new="" roman;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:bold;"="" style="box-sizing: border-box; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">ius degree 2 hours, total 10 circles.
